- One of the skills that I have is interpersonal skill.Due to continuesly participating in events that can help me to develope this skill,I now know how to really lead a group effectively and truly understand the importance of unearth the potentials of my teammates.Besides that,the skill that I do no acquire and really want to incalcate it before leaving the college is the problem solving skills.
